What we're doing

Help people use less — and stay petioles in how they use it.

Daily use dims your cannabinoid receptors, so the same amount does less and the amount keeps creeping up. This app walks you through a short break and a slow, deliberate climb back — one puff at a time — until you know the smallest dose that reaches you. That number becomes your ceiling.

What it isn't

No ads, no strain trackers, nothing that optimizes using more. And it's not medical advice: it's a structured way to take less, adapted from a clinician-published sensitization protocol.

Your data

You sign in with Google, and your reset is stored on our server against that account — that's what lets it survive a cleared browser or a new phone. We keep two things: the progress of your reset, and the email address Google gives us. Nothing else, no ads, no analytics, and it is never sold or shared. You can delete all of it from inside the app, at any time.

Honest about evidence

Where we suggest things that help — exercise, riding out cravings, omega-3s — we label how solid the evidence is instead of pretending it's all proven.

Adapted from a cannabis sensitization protocol published by Dr. Dustin Sulak; this is an independent implementation, not affiliated with or endorsed by him. The 48-hour rationale is supported by a small monitored-abstinence brain-imaging study; it does not guarantee the same response for everyone.
